What people ask before booking.

Is this food delivery?

No. The chef travels to your home and cooks in your kitchen, with your utensils and your ingredients. Nothing is cooked elsewhere, packed, or reheated — which is the whole reason it tastes like home food instead of restaurant food.

Do I buy the groceries?

Yes, for subscriptions — you keep control of what goes into your food, which brand of oil, how much salt. For one-off party bookings the chef can source ingredients and bill them at cost, if you'd rather not run the errand.

What happens on the free trial day?

A chef comes at the slot you picked and cooks one full meal. You watch how they work, taste the food, and rate them in the app. Nothing is charged and you're not signed up to anything — most people book the trial the evening before.

What if I don't like the chef?

Pick another one. On a subscription you can request a replacement without losing the days you've paid for, and priority support on the monthly plan means a replacement gets arranged rather than queued.

Why is unlocking a chef ₹99?

It keeps browsing from turning into a scraping exercise, so chefs get contacted by people who actually intend to book. The ₹99 is adjusted against your booking, so if you book, it costs you nothing extra.

Can the chef cook to my dietary rules?

Yes — Jain, no onion-garlic, low oil, diabetic, pure veg kitchens. You set it once on your profile and it reaches the chef with the booking. 56 chefs on the platform cook vegetarian only, and you can filter for them.
